We calculate our shipping costs depending on the size of the product and distance.
We deliver to the US territory.
We offer better prices for bulk items.
If you live in Los Angeles, California area, contact us to get better shipping options.
We pack our items carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.
Restrictions over selected items
Some states have restrictions over certain items. Before you buy, be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your order and return you the full amount of your money if your state does not allow the item you bought.
For example, we can´t sell nunchaku to Massachusetts. Also we do not make throwing starts or shurikens.
Also, we advice our customers to check the laws in their states about carrying and possession of martial arts weapons.
Are your items USA made?
Yes they are! We made all in California and even when some of our supplies come from another countries, we try to keep our business USA sourced as much as possible.
How long it takes for an order to arrive?
For items that we have in stock it will be around a week including handling and delivery. Exceptions may occur due to busy dates and festivities, but you will get an email of confirmation.
For custom orders it will depend on the amount and the difficulty of the pieces. For example, a complex and intricated design can take 2-4 weeks to be made and then you have to add the shipping time.
Eco-friendy? Vegan?
We are eco friendly. We chose all our sources and materials carefully to respect the environment. We like to avoid chemicals even if that means we take 1 day more to create our pieces.
Also, we use bee wax from conscious sources and we prefer to use vegan leather to real one, but if a client requests us to use real leather, we will work with it. It is very rare though since vegan leather is superior at all levels this days, but if you like the old way, then the old way it is!
Do you have a physical store?
Good question! Not yet, but if you buy enough stuff and promo us, I bet one day our dreams will come true and for sure you will get invited to our opening day!
General Terms & Disclaimer – Martial Arts Weapons & Items and store

Welcome to Cayus and Grounder. By purchasing any of our
martial arts weapons or related items, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Products Covered
- These terms apply to all martial arts weapons and items
crafted or sold by Cayus and Grounder, including but not limited to: nunchaku,
katanas, staffs, bamboo cooking sets, and other martial arts–related gear.
2. Refund & Return Policy
- Custom Orders: All custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Stock Items: Refunds are available if:
- 1. The buyer
contacts us within [X] days of receiving the product.
- 2. The item is
returned in the same condition it was sent.
- 3. The buyer pays
for return shipping.
- 4. Our team
inspects and confirms the item is undamaged and in original condition.
3. Damages During Shipping
- If an item arrives damaged during shipping, the customer
must:
- - Submit a claim
directly with the carrier.
- - Provide photo or
video evidence of the damage.
- - We will assist
with documentation if needed.
- Refunds for shipping damage are subject to carrier
evaluation and approval.
4. Performance Issues & Defects
- If an item has a performance issue due to our
craftsmanship or materials:
- - Cayus and
Grounder will cover return shipping costs.
- - The customer
must return the item for evaluation.
- - If our
inspection confirms the defect was due to our work, a refund or replacement
will be issued.
- - If damage is
found to result from misuse, neglect, or circumstances outside our control, no
refund will be given.
5. Craftsmanship & Material Imperfections
- We strive to craft all items with the highest quality
standards.
- Due to the natural characteristics of the materials used
(wood, bamboo, metals, fabrics, etc.), some imperfections may occur.
- These natural imperfections are not considered defects,
and Cayus and Grounder is not responsible for them.
- We are also not responsible for performance issues that
arise from the natural limitations of the materials used.
6. General Terms
- Martial arts weapons are sold for training, collection, or
display purposes only. Use is at the buyer’s own risk.
- Buyers must ensure compliance with local laws and
regulations regarding ownership and use of martial arts weapons.
- Cayus and Grounder is not responsible for misuse or
unlawful use of any product purchased.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Cayus and Grounder shall not be liable for any injuries,
damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
- Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or
refund as outlined in this policy.
8. Mailing List & Communications
- By making a purchase, clients agree to be added to our
mailing list to receive promotional emails and informational updates.
- Clients may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time
by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.
Terms & Disclaimer on Custom Design Services

Welcome to Cayus and Grounder. By purchasing or using our
Custom Design Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please
read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services Provided
- We offer two custom design service packages (Basic and
Full), each with specific features and limitations as described in our service
catalog.
- The service covers the creation of design concepts only.
If the client wishes to craft the item with us, separate production and
delivery costs will be provided in a formal quote.
2. Ordering Process
- Orders must be placed through our official website.
- After checkout, our team will contact you at the email
address provided.
- If there is no response within 48 hours, your order will
be canceled and refunded automatically.
- Clients must complete a form providing item details,
intended use, measurements, preferences, and contact information to begin the
design process.
3. Consultations & Revisions
- Basic Package: Includes 3 original drawn design options
with no revisions.
- Full Package: Includes one video consultation (up to 1
hour) and up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions are
available for $50 each.
- Consultations must be scheduled within 48 hours of our
initial contact for Full Package clients.
4. Delivery Times
- Design Delivery: Guaranteed within 2 weeks, excluding
festivities and holidays that may cause delays.
- Crafted Item Delivery: Dependent on the complexity of the
chosen design, and will be quoted individually.
5. Discounts
- Both design packages include a 5% discount on our entire
store, or on the item crafted through our services if the client chooses to
have it made with us.
- 10% discount applies to bulk orders exceeding $1,000.
6. Restrictions
- We do not take orders involving licensed or trademarked
items.
- All advice provided regarding materials, finishes, and
processes is advisory only. Final responsibility lies with the client.
- No returns are accepted for customized items.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage
- Clients may reproduce our designs elsewhere only with
proper credit to us as the creators.
- Designs may only be used to craft a single item, unless
additional usage rights are purchased.
8. Right of Refusal
- We reserve the right to reject any project for any reason.
- If a project is rejected, the cost of the already paid
design service will be refunded.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses
caused by the use of designs, materials, or finishes chosen by the client.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of the
design service fee in cases where we decline a project.
